The place was excellent and had a great view and easy access to the beach and ocean. The beach was nearly private and had hardly anyone else on it. The view from the room was amazing and you could easily see the sunrise over the ocean from the bedroom every day. Clean and excellent place!

We had a nice stay at Courtney's place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pools and easy beach access were a plus. The condo was decent and as described. Looked like the sectional was new. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking your own meals. There's an HEB about 9 miles away. We brought our own, but beach towels and a couple beach chairs were thoughtfully provided. The beds were firm but comfortable. The balconies were nice, with great views. The property really shows it's age. There are tiles falling off around the pool edges. The pool bar needs serious repairs, and railings are in bad shape in some areas. Overall if they fixed some cosmetic issues I would feel better about the price. The owner Courtney was nice and responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay again. We only ate at one restaurant I'd recommend. Fins. It was touristy so I didn't expect much but the food was very good.

We absolutely loved our stay! It’s close enough to town but without all the crowds. The views from either balcony are stunning!

Had a great time! Problem with shower and was repair very quickly. Very clean and plenty of room for seven. Will come back
