We stayed here for a total of 5 months between fall of 2023 and spring of 2024. The place was everything we had hoped for and more. We felt right at home in the mission and it was hard not to feel a bit emotional when came the time to leave. Ryan and Ester were always ready to help. The view of the skyline from the outside deck overlooking mission playground is a great sight to wake up to. The kitchen has all you need and the living room is wide and sunny. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A friend and I stayed for a few months over the summer, and we loved it. The place came with everything we could've asked for, including a full set of cookware and dishware, lots of towels and blankets, laundry and dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies, and a parking spot in a nearby garage. It's clean, decorated well, feels cozy, and comes with a lot of local travel guidebooks. Ryan was very responsive whenever we had questions. The street feels safe, the neighborhood is very walkable/bikeable, and mail was able to be received securely. We took lots of video calls here and didn't have any wifi issues. The backyard/patio space is gorgeous, and the smart TV and in-unit washer/dryer were very convenient. We could hear some street noise from the living room and the front-facing bedroom, but we knew the neighborhood tends to be active at night and the sound didn't bother us much. It's unfortunately not the most accessible, since a flight of stairs must be climbed to enter the apartment.

My husband and I stayed at Ryan’s Airbnb for a little over a month with our newborn, and we absolutely loved our stay. The home is in a wonderful and safe location near Dolores Park and has some of the best restaurants in SF. It’s also a very walkable and beautiful area. Ryan was able to help us reserve secure private parking at a nearby deck (a 1 block walk away). There’s also street parking, but it’s often full, so I highly recommend reserving the private parking. I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again. It is thoughtfully appointed, very comfortable, and in such a fun area (also conveniently located walking distance to grocery stores). The back deck is very relaxing, and the kitchen offers a large space for cooking. The home is unique and charming, and Ryan is a very responsive and helpful host. Note: The entrance has steep stairs, which is something to be mindful of for anyone needing accessibility support, but overall, the home is wonderful

Great location & price. Would easily book again. The flexibility to add more beds was great. We loved that the area was a a quick walk/commute to everything we needed. Ryan was a great host.
