This is an old hotel that has seen better days. The houses are comfortably located in a beautiful garden. Very tasty restaurant. The pool was very cold. Unfortunately, when we checked into our room, we found the beds to be dirty, the pillows wet and stained, and the sheets to have mold and debris on them. There was also trash from previous guests. A lot of cobwebs. The shower did not work well - there was only very hot water with no ability to adjust the temperature. When we got to our room, it was already late, and all the hotel employees had left, and there was no one to help us with changing the bed linen. We had to request a refund for the cleaning, although the accommodation was completely not worth the money due to such dirt, but we simply had nowhere to go at night and look for another accommodation. In the morning it was very noisy due to trucks passing under the windows. It's a shame because the hotel could have been a nice and cozy place

The listing said that there were 5 beds, but there were only 3. The sheets were dirty and there were stains on them, but the staff quickly changed them when asked. A frog skeleton was also found in one of the blankets on a downstairs bed. Communication with the on site staff was difficult with language barriers but Gede was very responsive and helpful. The spa was easy to book and I got a 60 minute Balinese massage which was incredible. My friend got a 30 minute foot massage which she said was great as well. The restaurant was slow but the food was decent. The location was pretty, but bring lots of bug spray

Les applications maps ont eu du mal à trouver l’emplacement . Le lieu charmant et conforme aux photos . Dommage que dans leurs équipements ils mettent pas à jour le fait qu’ils ont la wifi et un petite piscine /point d’eau de source d’eau chaude qui pourrait être un + pour leurs réservations car justement le lieu paraissait un peu laisser dans son jus / désert , loin de son apogée alors que c’est un lieu très charmant. Personnel réactif dû à un problème de douche nous ont replacer dans un autre cottage, très jeune personnel un peu désarçonnés mais agréable, serviable malgré qu’ils ne parlaient pas anglais . Service du restaurant lent mais cuisine faites maison et produits frais excellent. Le cottage en bois charmant et typique balinais mais forcément en pleine forêt de Kintamani cohabitation avec beaucoup d’insectes dans le logement ( araignée et fourmilière) et même deux grenouilles se sont invitées .
