Marias apartments are very nice , clean and comfortable .They are nice decorated and you have everything you need .Maria is a very kind person , very responsive and helpful .We have a very nice accommodation to all her apartments everything was just perfect .I totally recommend it !!!

Overall, I had a nice stay at Maria's place. The room is large, with a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The backyard view is beautiful. The laundry was available at the house. I traveled to Groningen on daily basis, thus it was a bit far and expensive (first by bike, then by train). Minor things - there were a lot of spiders in the room, it was a bit cold and humid in the room, the internet was lagging. Maria was a great host during my stay, but we had issues after my check out. Maria was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room when I left and communicated with me in a rather offending and not polite way after my departure. I traveled a lot, and I never had any problems with the state of the check-out room, I always respect the host and the place. The situation got complicated because I asked Maria to keep a few boxes of mine because the car did not fit everything. She blackmailed me with my stuff in return for direct payment of the maintenance of the drainage system in the bathroom (which was working slowly during the whole period of my stay), and it took a few days to persuade Maria to make a request with Airbnb and to return my boxes. I was deeply traumatized by post-departure issues and the breaking of my personal boundaries. In the end, it seemed to me that Maria wanted to teach me a lesson. The latest events ruined all good memories of my stay.
