We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay. It was near our grandchildren and walkable everywhere plus close to bus lines, beach, grocery and restaurants. The small garden was lovely and peaceful. Iona and Steve were friendly and responsive while unobtrusive. We liked the feng shui of the apartment, muted colors, uncluttered space, comfortable couch and bed, nice natural light and the garden. Would consider staying here again!

Iona was wonderful and her home was great for the 5 weeks I had stayed there. She was incredibly responsive and I felt safe and right at home. 10/10 would recommend staying at Iona’s home. I have stayed at a handful of Airbnb’s and Iona was one of the best hosts I have ever had.

Iona was so welcoming and the check in was so easy when I arrived. I had just landed in San Francisco early in the morning after a long flight from Australia so I was very tired, the flexibility on check in time was much appreciated! The apartment is newly renovated, modern, clean, quiet, and oh so comfortable. It has a gorgeous garden view from the lounge glass doors and bedroom window, with lovely morning sun. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals. I loved the comfortable armchair, the beautiful carpet, having lots of wardrobe storage, and the sound of the birds chirping outside. I felt right at home and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home. Thank you Iona and Steve!

We rented Iona’s place for 3 months. We needed a spot with good proximity to our place in SF for family that was visiting. Iona’s place was amazing… it was spotless, exactly as the photos indicated, and the location cannot be meet. The house is blocks from the Bay and Chestnut street. She was always attentive, responsive, and helpful for our needs. I’d highly recommend her place. We will definitely be returning!
