We really enjoyed this beautiful historic home. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms. Holly provided food for a delicious breakfast which we all ate around the big dining room table each morning. I only wish we could have stayed an extra day!

What a great place to stay! We had so much fun staying in this huge old Victorian, but were still very comfortable on the furniture and slept very well on the beds. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences and is extremely well stocked. Also, we were provided with an abundance of breakfast foods and tea and coffee options. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the birds at the birdfeeder and playing board games at the big dining room table. A great place to stay with friends and family!

Staying at the Engesser house is a truly special thing. The house is beautiful, the yard and porch are gorgeous, and Holly is a great host! All of the historic details really make the house shine. We were in the area for a family graduation, and the Engesser was exactly the right kind of place for our crew of 7 adults and an infant. Holly had a pack-n-play, high chair, and a baby gate for us. The kitchen was stocked with a few breakfast staples, and some incredible teas. The bedrooms were beautiful, and had a luggage rack and drying rack. The only problem was that we didn’t find this place sooner!
