This house was very clean, spacious, and was minutes from the downtown area/lake. I would definitely book again!

House is a brisk 10 minute walk to main street and its shops and restaurants; same distance to the lake. Can rent a kayak within walking distance to paddle around the Lake. Great walking and running on nearby Tubbs Hill; 30 minute drive to Farragut State Park for superb views, hiking, running or picnicking. Large first floor living room with space to put your sports belongings. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot available for use. No dishwasher, but you won't miss it. Comfortable queen size bed on main floor. Upper level has large living and bedroom area with king bed; updated large master bedroom. No house A/C. If you are there in the summer, please ask host to provide its first floor portable A/C unit and that will keep the main floor living area comfortable. Clean house. Good on-street parking.

This is a cute little place, close to everything. My only complaint would be the lack of seating for eating. We are a family of 6 and everyone had a bed to sleep in but not a seat at the kitchen table. But aside from that, beds were comfy, house is well set up. Very cute and we would stay there again!

Heath was a great host. The house was clean and spacious. This was our first Airbnb and he set high standards for any future stays. The house is located conveniently near the beach and Heath left many suggestions of places to visit. We hiked and enjoyed local spots all within walking distance.
