First impression -Upon arrival, we noticed there were 4 security cameras on the property facing the front door and driveway for security. The driveway is very spacious for many vehicles if needed. Quick access to food options/Canadian tire and the highway. Bedrooms: -The mattresses seemed to be almost brand new and were clean when we checked under the mattress pad. -Closet doors were poorly functioning and had a few broken shelves inside the closet -One of the pillow cases had what appeared to be a makeup stain on it and one of the sheet had a stain -It was advertised that they would supply towels for the guests, we only had 3 towels for 5 guests for a two night stay. -Throw pillow on one of the beds had a stain on it Kitchen -There was a plate in the oven with tomatoes still on it from the last guests. -There was a baking sheet with cheese burnt black onto it in the oven drawer. -The glasses and cups had visible food and smudges on them. Cutlery were dirty as well -The only dish scrubber provided was a gross very used one sitting under the sink next to cleaning products -There were no extra garbage bags provided other than what was in the small garbage can -The fridge was clean and worked well -Since the dinnerware was dirty and we didn't have any extra garbage bags we went to Canadian Tire to buy our own Living room/dining area: -All the walls in the house were filthy and in very rough shape, every wall had numerous scuff marks on them. In the living room above one of the side tables there was some kind of gross chunk of maybe food on the wall -The one side table had visible cup marks on it -Curtains/blinds in the front living room/bedrooms were pretty beat up and didn't block out much light. - The floors were reasonably clean Bathroom -No hand towels provided -Shower and sink area were clean Price -Considering how dirty the house was I would say it was overpriced especially with a 200$ cleaning fee. Communication -I contacted the owner first about the pillow case and lack of towels. I was told that they don't supply towels because guests accidentally take them home, so they only leave a few for emergencies. Towels shouldn't be advertised as an amenity in the listing if guest aren't going to be accommodated appropriately. Nothing was said about the dirty pillow case from the host. I next sent pictures of the dirty dishes in the oven. I was given an apology and was told someone cleaned for 6 hours the day before arriving and was offered a late checkout and a 50$ credit. I guess it was a nice gesture, but it honestly doesn't cut it when we're paying a 200$ cleaning fee and had to go out and buy our own dinnerware and garbage bags. We've stayed at many airbnb's and have never had a problem like this before. It was very disappointing especially with such positive previous reviews for this place. I would not recommend to anyone until further maintenance is done on site.

My stay at Roya's home was enjoyable and comfortable. Roya was a really nice host and easy going with fast check in and communicating. Apon arrival the home was very tidy and we got settled right in. Would recommend this home to anybody!

Honestly the best place I stayed that’s local. Amazing location. Great space. The host waste no time in getting back to you. Very flexible. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great place to go. Would definitely be booking again with this host.
