Great place, very relaxing and beautiful. Unfortunately I had to work on Friday, but plenty of space to work at, whether it was in the master, kitchen island, living room or dining room. Just a great place. Holly was very responsive with my numerous questions.

Our stay was wonderful! The host made sure we knew everything we needed to know ahead of time so we were able to enjoy our stay without any confusion or headache. She left us several different breakfast options to include fresh fruit and had a coffee and tea bar available to us also. Everything we could've needed, we found available to us. The home itself was gorgeous and has obviously been very loved and cared for over the past century because it was in immaculate condition - with what appeared to be the original trim and woodworking. The sitting room has stained glass windows that capture the morning sun and fills the place with natural light. It was a wonderful way to start our morning. An incredible stay in a breathtakingly beautiful historic home!

Our second stay at Engesser was even better than our first. Extremely comfortable location when events bring one to the Saint Peter / Mankato area! Thank you, Holly, for your hospitality!

Holly met us at the house, gave us a tour & more information. Great coffee & tea bar. Lots of breakfast choices were there for us. Tastefully decorated in period style but with modern conveniences. We had a great time with our friends in a relaxing atmosphere.
