We stayed at the cottage for the eclipse, and paid a bit extra for it. Cheryl went the extra mile for us with flexible arrival and departure and even fresh flowers all over the cottage. She notified us of area eclipse events and answered all our questions promptly. She was an excellent communicator and was a delight to work with. The cottage itself felt like a charming home, and not an undescript space that we are so used to with many airbnbs. The covered porch was especially inviting with spring just outside and the birds singing in the morning. Our whole stay felt magical, and it's one we will remember.

If you're looking for a place to get away and relax, you don't need to look any further. Cheryl's cottage on Lake Lemon is the perfect place to unwind and take in all the beauty of this wonderful area. Cheryl is a great host and the cottage is absolutely charming. If you're looking to escape to the Bloomington area, I can't recommend staying here highly enough!

Was looking for a cozy and quaint getaway for my husband and I and we found it in Cheryl’s cozy cottage!! The perfect size and space for a beautiful and romantic little getaway. Was only 20 minutes from town to get out and about for some meals and shopping as well as nearby hiking! All around perfect 🤩
