I had the best ~month stay in Paris! The apartment is in the best neighborhood and on the cutest street with lots of cafes. The apartment is a bit larger than it appears in the photos and the bedroom is separate from the kitchen/ living area which does not appear to be the case in the photos. My only complaint is the 5 flights of stairs you have to climb but it is worth it! Also note the checkin process is very long as they do a formal inspection so plan accordingly. 10/10 recommend!

I adored this apartment, the street it’s on is made up of galleries, coffee shops, a yummy restaurant, and boba tea shop + super close to so many places + metros. The forth floor walk up isn’t for everyone but I loved the little balcony over looking the street. Bed is comfy and wifi is great, I worked from here for a month. Kitchen is little but perfect for what I needed. If you end up staying here pick up dumplings or buns from Shifu, coffee + cinnamon roll from cafe berry, and lunch or dinner at Parcelles (all within 4 min walk). You do have to pay for electricity so keep in mind and I had to buy some trash bags / soaps for the apartment but left a bunch for next tenant so assuming that isn’t always the case. They accommodated my last minute flight change arrival into Paris and helped carry my bags up the four floors. Miss it already <3

This Airbnb was truly so beautiful and very very close to a lot of metro’s, bakeries, 20 min walk from the Seine /Louvre etc . It matched the photos and description and was lovely. There weren’t some basic things like salt/pepper, kitchen sponge /soap / cleaning supplies , but Thomas did provide these after I asked a few times. The place was a really nice stay overall just keep in mind the hydro/electric costs extra, after one week I was quoted €78 so in order to keep costs down I was recommended to keep the apt at 19° consistently which can feel cold if you’re staying in spring/winter. Even after this , my total electricity bill for one month was €185 so factor this into your expenses. Additionally, check out after 9:30 am is considered late checkout and costs an extra €50, this feels a little early for Airbnb as it says 11am on the app’s reservation but overall it was great to stay, these are just some things to keep in mind!

This apt is in a great location!! Host was super responsive and the neighbors were nice and quiet. The apartment is small but very well organized. Loved it!

I stayed in Thomas’ place for the month of July and it was perfect. It was my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It’s cute, charming and cozy. The balcony was great for a glass of wine at night or a cup of tea in the morning. I was there during the heat waves and the air conditioning was very efficient in keeping the place cool. The area was centrally located to shops, restaurants, bakeries, anything you need is right there. Thomas and Diane were great and easy to communicate with. It was a fantastic stay and I would recommend it to anyone going to Paris!
