We rented this room for about a month and the location was great and it had a beautiful vegetable garden you could pick from. It was not the cleanest when we arrived and not the best price for an extremely small bathroom and living space. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Noise does travel in the home so fingers crossed you don’t have loud neighbors. The place provides noise canceling machines which was nice. It’s a neat place overall but not worth the price.

I cannot say enough about these hostesses. Great personality and always helpful. I stayed in this apartment for 10 months and really hated leaving. My husband and I will be returning in august for a concert and hope to stay here again. Rachael and Mikala, you guys are in the right business. Thank you for everything!!

This is a great place to stay in Fargo! The owner’s were great about communicating and answered any questions we had. It was really convenient to have a laundry room right next door. We had no issues with noise and the space is updated and decorated really cute.
