Nice, tidy home. I rented this for one of our out of town employees and it worked very well as it is 5 minutes away from our office. House interior was very clean and well cared for. Some of the surrounding properties are not the most attractive which, through no fault of the homeowner, detracts somewhat from the experience. Nonetheless, it is quite serviceable and cozy inside. I would definitely use this property again. My associate said that she enjoyed staying there and appreciated the location so close to our office in Maryville. Arnostka was responsive and friendly.

Really was a perfect place to stay. Close to everything yet in a quiet area. The one level living worked perfectly for my family who included my elderly mom. The bedrooms were extremely spacious and the house was immaculate. Arnostka was very responsive both with answering questions prior to booking and while there. She gave us suggestions for a waterfront dinner spot - the food there was delicious and wonderful memories were made. Our purpose of visiting was for my daughter to tour UT. Should she get in and decide to attend, it’s nice to know I already have a place to stay!

Everything was great. The beds were a little hard to sleep in because they were really soft in the wooden planks in the boxsprings were broken but other than that really nice place really clean nice neighborhood.

The house is clean and spacious. We will rent this house again if we come back to this town. Highly recommended!
