Rustic,western basement apartment with 1000 square feet. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Only 15 minutes to Athens. We’re located on 316 University Parkway but secluded on 37 acres. Full size kitchen, living area, 1 queen bed, & one full bed that is divided by a 9 ft wall, and one bathroom. Outside is a sitting area with a flower garden. We have Direct TV, & WiFi. A perfect getaway for UGA football games or special events in Athens! It has a private entrance. My husband loves anything western, so when we decided to finish the basement, he wanted it to have a western appeal. He & I searched for rough sawn lumber to put on the walls. He handmade all the doors , & chose boards with bark on them for the trim work. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we have!
