Sehr familiärer Aufenthalt. Luis kümmert sich hervorragend um seine Gäste. Er führt eine halbtägige Tour mit dem Boot durch Uros durch, erklärt viel zur Lebensweise und Geschichte der Bewohner und gibt praktische Einführungen in Schilfschneiden und Fischfangen mit Netzen. Alles hat gut gepasst und ich empfehle es uneingeschränkt weiter. Vor allem für die, die großartige Natur und entsprechend einfache Verhältnisse lieben.

C'est une expérience a part entière que propose Luis et sa famille et pas seulement un logement. Partager avec eux leur quotidien et découvrir la vie sur les îles Uros a été merveilleux. L'endroit est calme, agréable et la vue splendide on ne se lasse pas !

Muchas gracias Luis for our very short but wonderful stay. Luis and family welcome you to their floating island and instantly make you feel at home. Luis shared both his knowledge and culture, he took us fishing and on a private tour of the Uros islands, meanwhile his wife Sylvia cooked delicious fresh trout in the evening, and together they both go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. This was such a unique experience and we feel incredibly privileged to have shared 24 hours with Luis and his family. This was one of our highlights of our month in Peru. Would definitely recommend.

Wow, what an amazing experience. We absolutely loved our stay with Luis and his young family. This was an unforgettable experience that provides a genuine insight into Uru culture. The accomodation is cosy and warm with a great view of Puno from across the water. We also enjoyed the home cooked meal that was served by Luis’s wife. We have recommended this experience to our friends and family.
