This is a great place to stay. We had the top unit and it featured 4 bed rooms and 3 bathrooms and is quite spacious. The park behind the house makes it great for stays with kids, since it also has a playground. Anything is only a short distance away and downtown is about 15/20 mins drive. Yong is a great host and was super responsive whenever we had any question or concerns. He even switched out the fridge within 48h when the old one started rattling and building up ice. He looked after the bins and shoveled snow whenever there was new snow. He also offered his tobogganing supplies for our 4 year old when we got lots of snow, a real gent. If you’re staying long term I’d ask and pay for a cleaner since the place is quite big. The kitchen could do with some more tools but was fully functional.

We rented Yong's property for four months while visiting from the US. The unit was spacious and comfortable, but more importantly, on the rare occasion when something came up, Yong was super responsive and helpful. We felt very well taken care of, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental.

Yong's place is really nice and cosy. We stayed there more than a week and it truly became a home away from home. There is everything you need in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the laundry room… and Yong is very accommodating! No doubt we will stay again there and can highly recommand this place.

Yong's home is super clean, very quiet for sleeping,and convenient to everything in downtown Toronto. I highly recommend his place, and would stay again. Patricia.
