We enjoyed our time there and the deer we got to see up close in the yard. Was a nice place to come back to after the day's adventures. Highly recommend the Waffle Bus Stop for food! Host answered quickly and made check-in easy, especially considering our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until almost 1am.

The place is beautiful. What I found great about the place besides having Shelby as a host was the downstairs bathroom and bedroom. I had my elderly mother with me and it was perfect. Shelby also accommodated us by installing a handheld shower so that my mom could use the shower/tub combo safely. We also needed extra things done like air conditioner for one of the bedrooms and she got right on it. Lastly, we are from BC and wanted the news from home but her cable was not activated for the BC news channel and she added it right away. I highly recommend staying in this home.

We had a lovely stay! Nice linens, equipped kitchen and beautiful new bathroom. We took advantage of the walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants and enjoyed the museum right across the street. It was the perfect hub for our daily beach excursions and we would definitely stay again.

Shelby was lovely to deal with! She was very responsive to all my questions. We were expecting a winter storm during our stay and Shelby was very proactive with letting us know where the extra flashlights and lanterns were located in the house. The house was beautifully decorated and had lots of staples located in the kitchen. The house is situated within walking distance to The Dock and to other restaurants downtown New Glasgow. I would recommend this location for anyone who wants to stay in New Glasgow.
