K farm is well maintained property beutiful surrounding atmosphere great stay and most important for us is its pet friendly. Our pet (Dog) and we enjoyed our stay at K farm. rooms are neat and clean comfortable bed. Caretaker Mr.Ramesh was very helpful we had tasty veg food in lunch and dinner We explore near by area and beautiful beaches I hope to back for a longer stay in future

Great place for those who seek solitude. -View of the ocean and surroundings full of fruit trees. -The night sky seen from here is quite the spectacle with so many stars and the background sounds of waves crashing. -Host has done up the place tastefully. -The caretakers stay on property and special mention to the absolutely delicious yet simple and hearty meals they provide. (Must Try) - Overall a lovely experience staying here. PS- Its away from the main road and there is an unpaved road that leads here which is not a problem at all if you have your own car.

I was looking for some offbeat places near ratnagiri and came across this stay on Airbnb. It ticked all the boxes of being private, offbeat, and peaceful. It's literally a farm house situated on the farm of mangoes near the village of dhokamale, a few kilometres away from Ratnagiri. The stay is surrounded by nature. There is quite a distance of off-road that you need to cover to reach the farm. It might be a little difficult for senior citizens as the ride can get bumpy. The directions given by Kunal were on point and made reaching easy. The stay is exactly as shown in photos. I would call it rustic luxury. Woke up to sounds of birds, sound of waves crashing at the sea. The sunset from the back of the house is something we truly enjoyed. Food is prepared by using some of the vegetables grown there. You can also enjoy a barbeque night. Caretaker Ramesh is really helpful and took care of needs. Overall a great experience. A well maintained and beautiful property by Kunal. A must visit.

It is an amazing property, with a great view of the sea from the cliff side. The rooms and the set up are done up really well with rustic feel to it. Since we were there with our dogs, they had a lot of open space to run around. It’s a must do place for relaxing away from the city and enjoying a quiet time with friends or family. The food is basic but very tasty, and the care taker took good care of us. The pictures don’t do justice to how truly nice the place is.

I would recommend staying at K Farms. Everything matched our expectations. The host is nice and responsive. The caretaker was very nice and cooked some good food for us.
