Остался в квартире на две недели, всем доволен. Хозяйка очень добрая, если были какие-то вопросы и проблемы, всегда была готова помочь. Дома чисто, есть всё, что нужно. Расположение хорошее, до скалы Метехи рукой подать, рядом есть магазины.

We stayed for almost a month in this appointment with my wife and 2 babies. Generally the location is pretty good, it's in the city center. There's a lot of stuff around, like small restaurants and grocery stores. However the main attractions and restaurants are down near the river so it will require a bit of climbing up to get home. As a bonus for those travelling with kids, there's a small kids playground near the building entrance. The appartment is located in an old building. The appartment is pretty big and convenient for a big family. There is lots of stuff for kids, like toys, beds and such. The big plus of this appartment that someone used to live there hence everything is pretty much ready for long stays. On the downside I would mention that the appartment felt a bit dirty for me. We also experienced multiple electricity and internet breaks. And there's no lift in the building so to get to the appartment you will have to climb. Niko and her mum were great and responsive!

The apartment was comfortable and clean, and it had everything our family needed. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Having parking available was important for us, and we had no problems with it.

The purpose of a review is to enable others to form a realistic picture. So, here goes :- Pros: 1. Normally 2 BRs are ~750 sf in Tbilisi, this one is ~850 sf 2. Location. Situated in Avlabari, which is a tourist favourite. Rike park, which has various tourist rides, is just ~1km away. 3. It's a fully furnished, comfortable appt. 4. Accommodating hosts (excuse the pun). 5. Connectivity. Less than 1 km from Avlabari metro station, and 100m from the nearest bus stop. Combine that with a monthly travel card, and you're good to go ❗ 6. Has a small playarea outside with a couple of swings and a slide. Useful for toddlers. Cons: 1. Is situated on the first floor, and access is via two flights of steps. There's no lift, but to be fair the owners make this clear in the listing. It wasn't not much of a hassle for us, but may concern older people or the physically handicapped. 2. Facade. It's an old building with a dreary exterior - the entire area is classified as heritage.
