A very cute little apartment, spacious for a one bedroom, very bright and contained everything I needed for my stay. Laurence is a fantastic host. Communication was top notch. and he was very accommodating. He even left us some groceries so that we could have our tea the first morning. I had mentioned to him, before our arrival, that I was celebrating my 73rd birthday and he even left me a couple of Birthday beers in the fridge! Irish hospitality at it's finest! I will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Laurence was a great host, very accommodating to our travel needs and always responded really quickly! The apartment was lovely and had everything you need, was in a great location, clean and tidy, felt like home, would definitely stay here again! 😊

I had a great time in this apartment whilst on a placement. It was super clean on arrival with some snacks and essentials which I really appreciated. Laurence was super responsive from pre-booking, right until and after leaving the flat. Instructions were clear and when they weren’t he clarified and dealt with anything that needed to be dealt with. The flat itself is beautiful, super close to a Tesco express and only a 15-20 minute walk into the centre. It’s really clean and bigger than in the photos in my opinion and was very well equipped with everything I needed. Overall a great place and a great host!

Laurence has a good hospitality skills, he met us in frontof the house interancrce eventhough he was busy but he spent time in showing us everything in the apartment, the home is clean, near by Queens University and city center. I recommend his home for any one or family want visit Belfast.
