Absolutely stunning house and very private pool area, which the kids loved in April! 5 mins max walk down the hill and you’re in the centre of town with some nice bars and restaurants. 3 or 4 stunning beeches in walkable distance. Beautiful cove 2 mins from the house which we had to ourselves for the majority of the time! House wise, it’s beautifully done and tastefully furnished, to a very high quality. Would definitely recommend.

I would recommend this villa if you want an amazing view, quiet town with great restaurants with access to all that the Algarve has to offer. We loved Carvoiero. It is small family oriented place. There are lots of excellent walkable restaurants that make the stroll home afterwards safe and pleasant. The villa is just like the photos. It is very well laid out and maintained. We would definitely come back to this location. Thanks Paul

Ein schönes modernes gepflegtes Haus mit Meerblick über die Dächer der Nachbarhäuser. Leider nur ein TV im Wohnbereich nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Außerdem war die Poolabdeckung defekt was zu verschmutzungen durch die Bäume führte. Der Pool war nicht sehr gepflegt. Es war schon vergrüntes Wasser drin, da anscheinend zu wenig Chemie eingebracht wurde. Zugesagte und extra bezahlte Poolheizung war nicht aktviert bei der Ankunft. Da wir mit 2 kleinen Kindern nur wegen dem beheizten Pool das Haus gebucht hatten, habe wir die Reise nach 2 Tagen abgebrochen und sind in ein Resort umgezogen, was preislich gleich lag. Wir haben dann über AirBnB reklamiert und einen Großteil der geleistetet Vorauszahlung zurück erhalten. Insgesamt passt es für uns. Wir wünschen dem Vermieter dennoch alles Gute.

Excellent space and very prompt communication. Katherine was always responsive and Fabio helped out with a couple of issues at the villa. Carvoeiro seemed a really cute town compared to much of the rest in the Algarve. Only one complaint is for the pool cover to be fixed which wasn't working.
