This place is amazing for people who want peace, beauty, and inspiration. The house is absolutely lovely, and it was very clean. The bathrooms are big enough, and the water pressure in the master bathroom shower was great. The area where the house is located is beautiful. A small beach is very close, within walking distance. A nice bakery is very close by also. We rented an electric car from Maria, and it was easy to get to other places around the island; there was a charger at the property. The house view is to the east, so it is possible to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. The light pollution is minimal at night, so it is possible to enjoy the night sky and also to sleep in total darkness. The service was outstanding. They picked us up from the airport, took us to get the car, took us to the house. The communication while we were on the island was prompt and helpful. Check-out was equally smooth. My whole family was delighted to stay here, we want to return soon.

Staying here was the highlight of my trip to the Azores. The house is an a great location with incredible views and down the street from a local swimming hole. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals at the house, and there was AC in every bedroom in case it got hot at night. I would highly recommend staying here on your trip to Pico!
