Overall, this is a lovely house. Unfortunately, the carpet should be replaced, especially on the main floor. There are major stains; you can tell it's very dirty from people not removing their shoes. I was uncomfortable even wearing my socks on the carpet. The construction for the addition to the house was done poorly. We had small children with us, and the staircase gave me anxiety. There is a space where the railing (preventing you from falling into the staircase) doesn't reach the end. Additionally, if you push the railing, it easily gives way and might break with enough force. The bath in the master bedroom had mold, and the caulking was falling apart. Some basic maintenance would spruce up this house quite a bit.

We used the house for my daughters bridesmaids to stay during her wedding weekend. It’s on a quiet street with lots of trees and was a nice, clean and comfortable place for the girls to hang out and use it as a home base for our Cookeville based wedding.

The place was very clean and comfortable. It was also very spacious and cozy. The only thing that we didn't like was that there was no coffee to make or even water, bummer. Other than that, perfect. Would strongly recommend.

Robins farm house was great for us! Peaceful property, but not too far from anything you would need!
