Nice but a tired property along a public path to the beach that was a nuisance. Only being able to use the outdoor shower wasn’t convenient. It’s glamping.

We will absolutely be back. The way the rooms are set up is perfect- having loft style rooms in the main building and separate master rooms with their own entrances make it perfect for a larger family. The location is fantastic (literally on the beach) and the outdoor shower was used multiple times a day.

The location is perfect, the lot is very nice, the host is great - but the house is dated and not comfortable for a family stay. Both bedrooms are effectively detached, the bunk rooms are uncomfortable for adults.

Great house, right on the beach albeit hidden behind the dunes so no ocean view (but less wind!). 2 buildings - we out the kids in the 2 lofts in the main building and my wife and I took the master suite in the other building. We had a great time and Highway One team was super responsive when we needed something. it's a bit too far from town to be able to carry groceries back on foot, but sending the kids off down the beach to get ice cream got us an hour of peace & quiet! Would definitely stay there again
