Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay. The property is a very steep lot between two creeks with a horizontally oriented house at the top. There are several sets of stairs that take you throughout the property as well as onto the local trail above the house. Cypress Trail provides almost infinite access to open space that extends onto Mt. Tamalpais and as far as Point Reyes National Seashore - all from our front steps. Inside the home is an expansive living room with leather sectional, day bed, reading nook and 65” TV. The kitchen has an induction cooktop with all the cooking essentials (Please Note: We do not have a microwave) programmed in for your experience. We have a double oven as well as an outdoor kitchen with a coal/wood fired OONI pizza oven. The primary bedroom and bath are located opposite the kitchen at the other end of the hall and feature the same tri folding doors that truly allow the house to open up and breathe. Along the hall you’ll find the 2nd bathroom. Both guest bedrooms are located off the living room. One has a double bed low and single bed upper bunk setup with redwood and Tam views while the other has a luxurious double bed with views and sanctuary feeling to it. The hot tub, outdoor shower and workout area are located directly below the living room and are access by crossing over the hillavator and walking under the main part of the home.
