Great house and a great host! We spent a week living and working here, with our au pair and 3 young kids. We didn't feel like we had any issues with the rules around noise, and even though somebody was staying in the lower unit while we were there, we never saw or met her. The hot tub was awesome. There's some serious wow factor with the design of the house, the views, being in the midst of the redwoods, etc. The whole experience was a great vibe. The house also had a lot of great amenities for little kids like toys and a changing table that we appreciated! Adrienne was awesome. We loved our stay.

The property was very secluded in a nice quiet neighborhood. Sitting on the deck felt like being in the Redwood forrest. We greatly enjoyed our time in the area.

A lovely second visit to this rustic home. I always wish that I could spend more time there enjoying the peace and solitude. The home is nestled among redwoods and provides the quintessential Marin experience. I love the location and find it extremely convenient to restaurants, markets and hiking trails. I'll be visiting again soon!
