Kitchen & Dining Hamilton Beach FlexBrew Trio 2-Way Coffee Maker, Compatible with K-Cup Pods or Grounds, Combo, Single Serve & Full 12c Pot, (with complimentary k-cups and ground coffee), to brew your morning coffee. Fully equipped kitchen with all of the essentials for 10 guests. Appliances include microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, electric stove. Dining table seats 6. Bathroom We supply ultra premium toilet paper, Facial Tissue, Dove shampoo and conditioner, body wash and hotel premier collection bath towels made from 100% cotton. Tub/ shower, shower has detachable showerhead. Other amenities include: hairdryer, an iron & ironing board ( in the living room closet ) and a steam iron in the closet room on the left & and more. This house is located close to the main area of Red Lion. Good location that is south of the main city of York and is relatively close to several local restaurants. Fairly easy to drive to various activities in York, Lancaster and south of York. The house was well cleaned, and we felt comfortable. The furnishings are good… not fancy nor plain. It appears to have been recently renovated. Larger part of the yard is downstairs in back. There is a separate occupied apartment downstairs below the unit of this rental. We heard very little noise from downstairs while we were there. Some items to consider: Parking is directly in front of the house, for one or two (if midsized) cars. It is parallel parking, so you need to be comfortable with that. Larger chain restaurants and retail stores are 15 minutes or more away. There is one bathroom for all. The upstairs “loft” bedroom has no bathroom, so it was a bit of a way downstairs to the potty in the night for our kids.
Beautiful and charming home! Very easy to locate and quickly get to the areas we needed to visit. Responsive and friendly host.
Place was just a described, it had everything you would need and it was very spacious. The host were very helpful and always answered in a a timely manner.
nice place quiet and clean
Our family of 5 had a short but comfortable stay over 2 nights. A few items we appreciated: plenty of sleeping space to accommodate 2 adults & 5 teenagers, ample seating in the living room/dining room, property was very clean & in a quiet area. We would definitely recommend this party to hose visiting the area.

Take about 35 minutes drive to Lancaster. And about 1 hour drive to Hershey park.
