Susy’s beautiful home was perfect for my friends and I; we were in town for a bridal shower. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. In my bedroom in particular I had a convenient cordless charger next to the bed. The back patio is beautiful, it even has a switch for string lights! There’s a beautiful den downstairs for watching TV. Though we didn’t really use it, the kitchen is beautiful, I loved the counters and the cabinets were stocked with pans and plenty other cooking utensils. Both bathrooms were clean and had shampoo and conditioner pre-stocked just in case. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I felt really safe here. Susy got in touch with us quickly on the setup for checking in and out, she got us our PIN code for the door the morning of checking in, hours in advance so we had it in plenty of time. She also has helpful notes around the house. Check-out is really simple as well. This is a really great deal, I am so glad I booked with Susy!

What a blessing! Conveniently located near York, PA with the easy access to 83. Home has been lovingly maintained, was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. Had a lovely stay and will certainly consider staying again for our family’s sporting events in the York area! Thank you, Suzy!

We stayed here to attend a dance competition at the Pullo center. Susys house was easy to find and very very close to the Penn State York campus. It was just what we needed before and after competition. Quiet neighborhood, relaxing and cozy. Great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this house and the property. Beautiful backyard with nice patio furniture. The upper porch has a good safety lock so kids can’t easily access it and fall. Susy had nice toys and books for kids, as well as a high chair, kid plates/cups, and pack n play (just need to bring your own sheet), but the house was tidy and clutter-free. I ended up having to do laundry due to the kids getting wet from rain and I had to use a local laundromat since there is no washer/dryer at the house, but that was clearly stated in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with forks/spoons/plates, etc. I would stay here again!

I stayed at Susy's for a weekend in York for a family reunion. Most of our stay happened at another house, but this was the perfect place for my family to get away and have a restful sleep to recharge. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was clean. It rained all weekend so we didn't get to enjoy the great backyard/patio, but trust it would have been an amazing feature as well. Thanks, Susy!
