First, Melinda’s home is well represented by the listing photos. Above that, it is absolutely spotless and stocked well - the kitchen utensils and other items were of high quality. There was even a high chair and toys for our 2 yr old granddaughter. Melinda is a proactive communicator, responded super quickly to questions, and is really friendly. She asked us for a 4 digit code for the door lock and left the lights on so it was easy to get in even though we arrived well after dark. We were attending a wedding at Wyndridge which is just down the road so it was a very short commute. Overall the home worked well for our extended family and we would stay there again if we were in the area. It was a pleasure to work with Melinda and be in her home.

The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean! Melinda was awesome, appreciated her kindness and she checked in with us to make sure our stay was great. We will definitely visit again when we are back in town to visit our family !

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and wedding weekend at Melinda's home. From start to finish, she was responsive and the house was just as described. The layout of the home was perfect for our extended family's stay, and the kitchen and living spaces were just what we needed. Our entire group was blown away by the thoughtful details and availability of basic items. We brought Thanksgiving food with us, and had all we needed to make a feast, as the kitchen is outfitted with all of the equipment we have in our home kitchen. Views out of the back of the house were serene and perfect for our mini getaway and less than a mile away from the family wedding we were attending at Wyndridge Farm. We recommend a stay at Melinda's place without reservation - if we're ever back in the area, we'll be sure to check availability!

Melina’s house was beautiful. The renovations she did on this house were impeccable and she thought of everything for her guests. Love all the hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms to keep everyone’s towels hung up, the sound machines in everyone’s rooms, and the big mirrors in each room to make it easy to get ready for our events. The snacks, coffee pods, creamers, and plenty of coffee mugs were great! She didn’t require us to clean up the house before leaving like I have found most people require when they still charge a huge cleaning fee. So that was super nice to not have to take care of much of anything. The house views are lovely in the morning. Very peaceful house! Melinda was also very responsive within 5-10 minutes of messaging her.
