This quiet, secluded log home is located just a few minutes drive from Red Lion and Shrewsbury. York is within a 30 min drive. Nearby attractions include, The Markets at Shrewsbury, Avalanche Xpress Ski Resort. The home has 4 Bedrooms total (master suite w king bed and attached bath, additional king bedroom, queen bedroom, Bedroom w 2 double beds). Guests will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and large dining table. *Newly added: Pickleball Court and Patio The home has all new mattresses, bedding, and towels. We use chemical free cleaners and soaps. THE SPACE: Main Floor: Laundry w washer and dryer 1/2 Bath Bedroom #1 Master suite w king bed, private bath (shower, soaking tub, double vanity) , crib, balcony Bedroom # 2 w King Bed Kitchen w Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, and Breville Espresso Machine (guests should only use the Breville if they are familiar w operating one) Dining Area w large dining table Spacious living room w reclining sofas, toy area, Smart TV to log in to your own accounts. Went here with a bunch of ladies from our church for a retreat. This place was beautiful, peaceful, perfect all around stay! Beds are comfortable, plenty of linens. They paid attention to every detail needed. Kathryn, communicates wonderful! We had the most wonderful stay! Will definitely be back year after year
I booked Kathryn's house for my husband and I, and three other couples that we have been friends with for 40+ years. We had a lovely time in this beautiful house. The decor and log walls are so attractive. There was plenty of space and supplies for us prepare and eat good food, play games, share about our lives, have a foot spa, laugh, do puzzles and get restful nights of sleep. Thank you!

The cabin is just off the road but you won't even notice you're near the roadway. Located within 15 minutes drive to Red Lion and Shrewsbury you'll have the convenience of everything nearby but still be able to enjoy the homes quiet and peaceful surroundings. Bird watchers will enjoy seeing wood peckers, chickadees, tufted titmouse, and more come to the feeders outside the dining room window.
