Wow was our first reaction! Water's Edge was all and more! The pictures don't do this house justice at all. The house is spacious and cozy at the same time and it has everything. The bedrooms are all a nice size so if you are a large group any room will do. The kitchen is massive and has an industrial-sized fridge, freezer and ice maker. Plus double stove and oven and also two dishwashers. The living room is also great for a big group with tons of space for movie or Dateline watching. The hot tub is in a great location and both decks are fun to hang out on. Pool table and fire pit were great bonuses! Very close to the train tracks which we loved. We were lucky in February to get a fairly warm day so we walked the tracks and took in the fresh air. Brian as a host was also fantastic! He was very responsive and even met us at the house to give us the lay of the land. We all agreed this was one of our best Airbnb experiences that we have had! Thanks again, Brian!

This was a salon getaway. It’s our post holiday relax session. There are 10 of us stylist/moms that get away every year. We have stayed a many places and Brian’s place by far was the best. Being that it’s February it’s usually cold but we got a good weekend and spent most of our time on the amazing scenic deck. The view from the hot tub did not disappoint either. All the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The basement had a great bar/game room that we didn’t use but was great that it was there. I can only imagine how great this property would be in the summer. Location was great because it was away from the hustle but a 30 min drive to Lancaster. Lots of places to hike too. Brian was a great informative host and we are thinking we will be back next year for our post holiday.

Brian place was the BEST air b and b that we ever stayed at, soon as I walked in door I was speechless, Every thing was nicely put together and clean. The Christmas tree was beautiful, along with the wide windows the view outside throughout the whole house was amazing! Mostly ALL the rooms had a bathroom, the kitchen had every appliance you need, definitely made for a big family, the stove I was able to make multiple things at once due to it size. There’s so MANY different beautiful qualities about this home, it’s definitely a Dream house 🥰! Brian DEFINITELY put alot of work into it, thank you Brian , my family enjoyed your beautiful mansion.
