Flat filthy wallpaper bubbling and off wall toilet seat loose shower fitting loose no plug in hand basin both couches were in a state of collapse , space between sink and kitchen window filthy , neighbour directly above had people knocking his door day and night a big dog barking non stop we paid for five nights and stayed three couldn’t stand it a minute longer messaged the host and asked him to refund two nights he refused saying if there was a problem I should’ve messaged him and he would have sent his housekeeper round , the whole flat needs a complete gutting out cleaning and redecorating and refitting all furniture , one and only plus was a good boiler had the decent hot water, the kitchen cupboards were dirty there was old grease in the bottom of the oven covered with tin foil it was a terrible experience this was the first and last time we will use Air Bnb

Côté positif : L'appartement est situé proche d'une gare (pour un accès à Glasgow) et d'un supermarché. Il y a une smart TV qui permet de regarder Netflix, Youtube. L'espace salon est grand. Le propriétaire était réactif. Côté négatif : l'entrée dans le bâtiment n'est pas top (mais l appartement lui a été refait à neuf). Les lits ne sont pas très confortables (matelas à ressorts). Il n y a pas de table pour déjeuner/dîner avec trois sièges, nous avons du manger assis par terre sur la table basse. Anecdote : c était notre première nuit en Écosse, au moment de préparer le repas, on veut utiliser la gazinière mais on se rend compte qu'il n y a pas d allumettes. Le lendemain,on achète un briquet mais en fait il fallait allumer un interrupteur spécifique pour allumer la gazinière ( bon à savoir pour les personnes comme nous qui découvrent ce système)

The apartment was fantastic. Contact with Paul 5/5. Very polite and friendly host (although we didn't see each other live), he answered every message I had. Without doubt this was the best place since I have been coming to Scotland regularly for several years. If possible, I will definitely come back there. I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it.
