My husband and I enjoyed staying at Hotel Am Markt. It is spotless, very clean hotel in central Munich. The Christmas market was few feet away and 25 min to walk to Central railway station. So we had a lot of fun, also had couple of day trips to Nurnberg and Innsbruck. The down side is there were no restaurants and bars recommendations. It would be nice to have some references to none touristy places to eat or drink. Communication from the host was not as fast as it would be excepted. Other than that - great location, very clean and friendly.

We loved our stay here! So close to the Christmas markets and subway station. Neighborhood is beautiful with a lot of restaurants and bar close by. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and a safe in the room that was easy to use. We were able to check in a few hours early and the front desk held our luggage both before and after check in/check out since we had several hours before our train. Really great experience would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Lovely hotel and staff were great. We would definitely stay again.

Totally recommended! Perfect location to explore that beautiful city, the room is very spacious, the bed super comfortable and the shower very good! I will be back!
