Lounge The open living room of 50 sqm shares the same room with the kitchen and the dining room and has a modern built fireplace internally covered with cast iron. The balcony doors and windows with blinds and roll-up curtains of high style decoration, hide the spectacular view of the sea and the private swimming pool of the villa, and lead to a 50-80 sqm balcony with furniture of the same style as the rest of the complex. Next to the Complex there is a water sports center for all the fans or for those who would like to rent a boat and visit the magnificent small islands which are exactly opposite to us with their amazing beaches and their blue water seas. The new 25 meters floating platform on the beachfront accommodate our customers which arrives by sea with their own boat. The disembarkation and embarkation to and from the beach is extremely smoothly without having to get in contact with the sea.
