We stayed in this lovely property during the Easter half term and it was ideal. Simon’s communication was excellent and he couldn’t have been more helpful in facilitating our requests prior to our stay. The property is great, as it looks in the photographs, with all the amenities you need. The hot tub provided a perfect escape on the decking area. St Agnes itself is a great spot to explore Cornwall, while also offering its own lovely cove, with some great pubs / restaurants. The property is a straight road to the beach and takes about 10 minutes to walk down to. All round a great place, in a brilliant location and Simon is a great host.

This was a wonderful little air bnb. It was beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming. The hot tub was brilliant and lots of amenities such as tv in each room. The local area was lovely, we enjoyed 2 local resteraunts, would recommend the PeterVille Inn.

We had a superb stay. The house is in a perfect location within easy walking distance of the beach and village. So many lovely pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. The house is really lovely with everything you need for a relaxing break and the hot tub is a real bonus. We’ll definitely be coming back

Had an amazing 12 nights in Cornwall. Accommodation is in an amazing spot. Hot tub looks out into tress, very peaceful. 10-mins walk down a costal path to the lovely beach and from there, nice walks along the coastal path. 3-mins in other direction is a bup, restaurant and cafe in a square (all lovely) and then 2-mins up the hill to the village. Village has butchers, the most amazing bakery (St Agnes Bakery - check it out), and a few more cafes, pub, shop etc.. Accommodation itself was brilliant - had everything we needed. St Agnes is a great base to explore Cornwall. Would highly recommend.

A lovely location and base for a Cornish holiday. Great restaurants, beach within waking distance with great bar serving stone baked pizza. Coastal walks from accommodation and other resorts within easy driving distance. Local shops particularly bakery and butchers providing fantastic produce. Comfortable stay for family of four - great advantage having two bathrooms.
