We were looking for a villa with a pool for a family holiday in Tuscany. After a lot of searching, we decided on this villa in Buti. The villa location has amazing views over the valley and is surrounded by woods and olive groves. The villa itself is large enough for 8 (we were a party of 5). The villa was restored a few years ago, so it is in good condition. It is tastefully decorated and furnished. The villa and location are better than the pictures on AirBnB! Caterina was very responsive and helpful with check-in and check-out. She organised a dinner to be cooked for us on our first night and invited us to a tour of Buti, which we enjoyed. We enjoyed staying in the villa, and it is in a rustic and natural setting, so you get to experience the ge The main downside is the fairly long dirt track to the villa. We had a large SUV, which was a bit too wide for the track, a smaller SUV would be ideal.

Tres belle et grande maison avec de beaux murs epais qui offre une vue superbe sur buti. il s agit certainement d une maison de maitre d il y a quelques siecles. 2 grandes salles a manger en bas puis 4 grandes chambres ainsi qu un salon au premier etage et finalement 2 chambres supplementaires et une cuisine au 2eme etage. nous etions 2 familles et franchement chacun avait plus qu assez d espace. on est vraiment au calme. bien equipe pour cuisiner vous pouvez aussi commander des plats fait maison. on a essaye le poulet qui etait fort bon.. la maison est entouree d olivier avec lesquel les proprietaires font de l huile que l on peut acheter. la literie est bonne. on peut garer plusieurs voitures. nous n avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car trop tot dans la saison (debut mai). pour la premiere arrivee il est necessaire d etre guide mais apres on retrouve facilement. je confirme que le chemin d acces n est pas fait pour des voiture surbaissees... a recommander !!

The house is a charming Tuscan house with a beautiful view. There is enough space up there and the pool is great. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the house up on the hill very much. Unfortunately the road was worse than expected and you need a car with enough ground clearance and 4WD will also help. Apart from that it‘s a great location and surrounding.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel Privatsphäre. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich aber der lohnt sich mit der wundervollen Aussicht! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Caterina, die für die Gäste vor Ort zuständig ist, ist sehr freundlich und für Hilfe spontan erreichbar. Es ist kein Touristenort, das hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt!

Beschreibung des Gastgebers deckte sich mit der angetroffenen Situation. Der Kontakt vor Ort war super freundlich und zuverlässig. Der Ort ist perfekt für Urlauber die grossen Wert auf Privatsphäre legen.
