Very comfortable place and tucked away with a few other cottages close by. You are definitely near a farm, which I liked, but the cow(s) were not heard inside. They had coffee but maybe some extras would be nice at least during the low season of Roundtop. Love that there were no TVs to be found in the cottage and got great sleep!

The Cottage was perfect. Loved the decor and also that it was a bit offset from the road and other cottages. Provided nice privacy. Very close to Roundtop. Enjoyed our stay and so did our pup. Will definitely recommend.

Highly recommend farmstead! The hosts were extremely helpful and nice. The place itself is adorable and clean. They also have many useful amenities.

The Cottage is cozy, well-equipped and enjoys a peaceful setting. Judy is a super host and was very accessible and proactive during my stay, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend a stay at Farmstead as a get-away destination!
