House was clean, spacious and in a great location. Very quiet community and right on the water with an all-seasons roll to enjoy the view. Sherry was very responsive to messages, check-in was easy and we had no major issues with the checklist for checkout. My daughter did leave some things behind and I haven’t heard back if we’re able to get them somehow but we otherwise had no issues and would definitely come again!

The house is very clean, quiet neighborhood, waterfront properties. Definitely a great place to spend our vacation. We enjoyed it very much!

This is a beautiful spot with lots of room for the whole family. It’s so nice to be right on the water and almost every room in the house has great views of the water! The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and there’s plenty of space to relax. The only downside was that this is rented through a vacation company that doesn’t provide the same service that a family does. We had to bring our own towels, make the beds ourselves (and strip them after), pick up the keys from their office, and make sure the place was clean before departing (including throwing out all the trash and sweeping the floors). Those extras make the first and last days a bit harder, and I think the perk of renting through Airbnb is not having to worry about that stuff. Still, all in all, a great stay!

Beautiful convenient location! Nice roomy house with space to spread out, relax and enjoy the island.
