By far our favorite Airbnb experience to date. We mainly came to ski at Belleayre, but at the last minute 2 of our group of 8 couldn't ski and 3 others skied only 1 or 2 days. The house turned out to be an exceptionally good place to hang out. The view, as others have noted, is gorgeous -- changing light all day long. Kitchen was great for cooking, meals, and board games. We appreciated the two separate living/TV rooms -- 4 teenage boys comfortably occupied one room, while the adults hung out in the other. All in all, a wonderful, memorable stay. We're already talking about coming back!

The location is spectacular, with amazing views from the main floor across a valley to gorgeous sunrises (at least in the winter). Place is much bigger than it might appear in the listing with lots of flexible space in bedrooms upstairs and two separate spaces downstairs. Road can be a little dodgy in winter weather but caretaker was super attentive to plowing. Great overall.

Stayed here right after Christmas and over New Years for a family getaway and skiing at Belleayre. It comfortably accommodated my family and my in laws. In terms of convenience, it’s about a 5 Mile/10-15 min drive to Belleayre, so pretty convenient. In terms of scenery and peacefulness, you can’t beat it. We had a light dusting of snow 2 days and it was beautiful. Bring your groceries and plan on cooking in. Plenty of space to eat on the outdoor enclosed (and heated) porch or in the kitchen. Beds are comfy, everyone slept well. Overall I highly recommend this cozy, well lived in, home.

We had a great stay! The house is very roomy with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is super stocked and we were able to find everything we needed to make a delicious Thanksgiving. Was particularly excited upon finding the Instantpot! The house is at the top of a hill with no other houses around and a great view. Very beautiful and relaxing. Esther was great about answering questions and general help.

On our third stay at this house. Never disappoints! Such a beautiful view, enjoyed the fire pit, and made good use of the kitchen for a Friendsgiving.
