We had such a lovely time. The house was perfect for my family. Loved the cozy basement playroom and the location was easy to find. Charming and remote but not isolated, lovely bar right around the corner in walking distance and minutes to nature. We watched the eclipse at Lake St. Catherine State Park and I want to come back when it's warmer just to be able to swim in such a beautiful spot!

Kimberly’s place was by far our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. It has tons of amenities, is beautifully decorated, and Kimberly is an amazing host. We would absolutely recommend her place!

Had a wonderful stay, it was close enough to Stratton and Killington, to make use of our Ikon pass. Had a relaxing post snowboarding day in the yard to soak up the nice spring weather. Already planning to come back in the warmer months for some biking on the D&H trail not too far away from the house.

My friend and I loved our week-long “staycation” here! I think we commented daily on how much we loved it, almost entirely because it felt like we were at home. Zero problems with our stay; Kimberly was an excellent, communicative host and super helpful when we needed it. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils/equipment, which is rare, and we cooked a lot! The whole house felt very clean, including linens; beds were comfy; quiet location; we loved the rail trail and the Poultney Pub (open in 3’ of snow!); wifi was excellent for working and streaming; my dog loved the fenced-in yard; heating worked well; oh, and there’s an excellent massage therapist a 5-min walk from the house (Kerri). Like I said, zero complaints and would happily stay here again!

Our group recently stayed here for our ski weekend at Killington, Vermont, expecting a standard experience, but we were blown away by how welcoming and amazing this place turned out to be spread over two floors, the home offers a massive, comfortable couch in the basement, paired with a huge TV, an extensive collection of board games, and video games – perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The upper level boasts a fully equipped kitchen complete with everything one could need for cooking, including a nice, sharp knife set – a rare find in most Airbnbs that often makes cooking a challenge due to the lack of quality supplies. The bedrooms are a highlight, adorned with antique lights and decor that immediately make you feel at home. Adding to the comfort is a massive projector display, allowing for movie nights in bed, creating a cozy and intimate setting.
