Highly recommend. Great location - between 5-15 minute walks to nearest train stations depending on what one you need. Plenty of buses too. Less than 5 min walk to Tesco Express. We walked back to the accommodation from Bank in 35 minutes, so very central. Lovely studio apartment but feels bigger than a studio due to the split storey bedroom. Great sized bathroom, and kitchen has everything you need, including full sized fridge. Heaps to see and do around the Shoreditch area. Andrew was a great host, very helpful, responsive and flexible.
We had a lovely time at Andrew's place. The flat was clean, cosy and conveniently located. Andrew is a great, welcoming and friendly host. Highly recommended.

Andrew's flat was perfect for our first visit to London. We really enjoyed the Shoreditch area and the flat was well-located near fantastic restaurants and the area's cool features while also well-located near bus routes and the underground to easily get around all of London. Andrew as host was very friendly and proactive assuring we checked in easily and knew the features of the flat. He also was very responsive and helpful with questions and directions we had during our stay, especially our first night when we realized we did not have the correct plug adaptors for our phone chargers. He gave us easy-to-follow directions on where to get some. I would recommend Andrew's flat to anyone looking to visit London and enjoy the popping neighborhood of Shoreditch.
Location was great and host responsive. However photos not as accurate as listing. The fridge had a big block of ice at the back, and looked like it had been like that for some time. Andrew asked us to defrost it, which would have left us without the use of it and we would have had to spend the time cleaning it up. The wardrobe and cupboards were full of someone’s clothes/stuff, so no ample storage as in listing. We found additional towels on our last day stuffed in an end cupboard, which all could do with a good clear out. There was no plug in the kitchen sink and no way of washing the glasses, with nothing provided. The entrance/hallway to the flat stunk of smoke and was really uninviting. Expected more from what the listing showed.
