During my one-month say, Chi was super helpful and friendly, and Jenny his wife was lovely, always smiling and offering me food, and they both went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Chi's appartment is perfect for a short term stay; however, I think there are things Chi can do to make his apartment more comfortable for long term stays. All the "do not use" signs (everything you could use was labeled "guest") made me worried about "getting in trouble" for using other appliances/kitchenware not labled. Guests cannot use the salt, pepper, oil, etc. in the kitchen (even though the ad lists these as "amenities"). Being more flexible here (or with other rules) would make a huge difference (Chi WAS flexible on a couple things, which I appreciated). There is a small fridge in the room, but being allowed to also use the one in the kitchen would avoid making several trips back and forth while cooking. But overall, my stay was pleasant. Thanks Chi and Jenny for your kindness :)

I had a wonderful stay with Chi. He and his wife are great hosts. They are so helpful and welcoming. Great location. Easy access to subways and lots of things to do in the neighborhood. The place is clean. Highly recommend.

Chi and his wife were very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment was kept very clean and tidy throughout our stay. The location is perfect for tourists as it is well connected to all points of interest. Thanks again Chi for a great stay!

Chi è semplicemente il miglior host che un viaggiatore possa aspettarsi. L'alloggio ha una posizione che dire strategica è poco e la disponibilità sua e di sua moglie Jenny sono incredibili. Se servono consigli su posti da visitare e mezzi di trasporto, è pronto ad aiutarti. Ho avuto un attacco di rinite allergica e lui era pronto fuori la porta con un pacchetto di Kleenex. Semplicemente straordinario! Super Host per lui è poco. Ci vorrebbe una categoria maggiore per Chi. Davvero il miglior posto dove alloggiare a Manhattan per avere la metro vicina e di conseguenza tutta New York a un passo.

We had a great time staying at chi’s place. The location was great, right by the subway. Room was also big enough for us to have 2 big luggages. We appreciated having a little closet space as well where we could hang clothes, as well as having a kettle, water filter and fridge in the room! Chi was also kind enough to let us collect our luggages later as we had a night flight.
