We usually stay in Cudjoe or Big Pine every year. This by far has been the best place to stay so far. Dive shop, bait shops, on water fuel, boat ramp, grocery, and restaurants all close. Already looking to book again for next season. The house is clean, and in a great spot for what we like to do. Any questions I had were responded to quickly and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We just spent a month at Alfred and Arnold‘s place on big pine key. The house was amazing. Very clean when we got there. Communication with Alfred was very good, he was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Very happy with the location of the house. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is easy to find and has parking for up to 4 vehicles. House is very clean and dock is great to tie off. Canal was only concern, since 40 foot wide and boats on lifts on both sides of canal. So tight fit, but was workable with our 38 foot center console boat. Had an opening across canal for us to rotate boat 360 degrees with 2 feet to spare.

Awesome place! Super nice super clean. Loved the wide open space of the living area and the shade under the house , I sat down there every day. I highly recommend this house you will not be disappointed. If I could give it 6 stars I would!
