This is a cozy, private home close to the ocean. There is no ocean view, but a beautiful open meadow. We got a visit from a grey fox, which was really special. The home is functional and has a nice fire place in the living room. We enjoyed the hardwood floors throughout the home and the practical window screens. The house is located five driving minutes away from the village of Gualala, so grocery shopping is easy and convenient. April is the perfect month at the Sea Ranch because there were so many beautiful flowers on the meadows. Thanks for letting us stay at your cozy home!

Barbara’s home was serene and fitted out with every amenity we could imagine. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and hospitality. Our daughter loved all the toys and games. Great value amazing memories!

We loved our stay at Sea Ranch in Barbara's cozy home! The kitchen was well stocked for yummy meals and we so enjoyed the quick walk to the ocean. The beds were comfy! We'd stay here again! What a special spot!

So many small details that were so beautiful and thoughtful, from the well stocked kitchen to the choice of lighting, to the quality of the sheets & bathroom products. Sea Ranch is such a beautiful, special and considered place & this place truly measured up to those standards. Hope to come back another time!

Barbara's place in Sea Ranch was an absolute dream. I kid you not when I saw it was one of the nicest places I've stayed at on Airbnb. All the listing photos do NOT do it justice, the place was pristine, the neighborhood was so calm and peaceful, and we had a fantastic time. Come here for a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
