房东很nice，女儿在世嘉堡校区，住了4个月，免除了安置家具的烦恼。地下室有窗，对光线要求不高的可以选择。之前担心地下室会冷，暴雪天还是可以的。地下室有单独空间，不用共用卫生间，相对私密。下次去，还会选择！

I definitely enjoyed my stay. 1. My hosts are very helpful. 2. The place is clean. 3. The neighborhood is calm. 4. The basement is big and comfortable. Just to say thank you: I locked the bathroom door from outside by mistake and went to work. When I came back, I needed badly to go to the toilet. I called my host, and he wasn't at home. He came in 20 minutes and solved the problem for me. He was also thoughtful enough to order a piece of equipment, on the spot, from Amazon to avoid any similar incidents in the future. I appreciate it.

convenient location with bus stop grocery n eatries within mile clean bathroom. Bedroom had some cobwebs spiders n other crawling insects Kitchenette is convenient.. but not for proper cooking Basement gets v. cold even in summers as they turn on the ac very high in order to keep the upper floors cool The major issue was host lives far n does not resolve the problems immediately. sharing anecdotes *ac making basemnt very cold. they said pleas wear extra layer of clothes as couldn't adjust the temp. later they taped all the vents which is unhealthy * for the crawling insects, they did not get the place fumigated or sent us a spray * there was bad stink in the house n host asked us to investigate n resolve ourselves * the bathroom door got locked and n due to delayed n weak response (more than 10 hrs) we ended up paying 170 CAD to the locksmith we raised above issues n were labelled 'rude n condescending' which is a sharp contrast to our past reviews by hosts
