This Rogers home is a dream stay for any lover of cool architecture and fun Mid Century Modern design. Newly renovated and less than a mile from Downtown Rogers where local breweries, roasteries, cafes, eateries, bars, store fronts, and the world-class Railyard Bike Park can be enjoyed. The house is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, is family-friendly, and spacious with a unique split level layout (note there are 2 staircases). There is a fantastic public park and splash pad in the center of Downtown Rogers which also hosts a farmers market and outdoor concert series from May to October. Lake Atalanta Park is actually adjacent to our property, however to reach the park you must drive to the entance near downtown Rogers. Fifteen minutes away you’ll find Crystal Bridges Museum, The Amazeum, and all of Downtown Bentonville’s mountain bike trails and attractions. It’s a short 30 minute drive to Funky Fayetteville and even Funkier Eureka Springs is less than an hour away. The house features a 2 car garage and wrap around covered back deck looking out on a private wooded acre with a gas grill and outdoor TV. It sleeps up to 9 adults (including a full matress in the loft above the master bedroom and an additional twin mattress in the upstairs double bedroom). The well-equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and is stocked with plenty of cookware.
