We really enjoyed our time at Katie's place. Close enough to the highway so you were there shortly after exiting I77. Place is very nice and clean with plenty of space indoor and outside. Being on the ground level allows for an extra large patio space, compared to the decks on the 2nd and 3rd floor units. Katie was available if we needed anything. Great being able to walk to the on-the-water restaurant almost next door for a quick bite or an evening beverage. Everything we wanted to do in the area was within a 35 minute drive. Davidson is 10-15 minutes away by car.

This was a lifeline to our visit to a five night stay in the Charlotte area. Prior to booking this condo, we had planned to stay at a Residence Inn for the week. Upon check in we found the nearby Residence Inn was old, tired and worn - we stayed one night after finding Katie’s beautiful condo. We needed 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This condo was perfect. Even better, the location and view of the lake was fabulous and relaxing. The condo had all the amenities we needed. We will book if available on our next visit next month.

This place is wonderful! Right on the water and has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. The host was also very attentive to help with anything we needed. Thanks!
