Our stay at this Lake Norman Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home's location right on the lake with a boat dock was the perfect setting for our family. The house itself was beautifully appointed, spacious, and impeccably clean. We loved spending our days out on the water, exploring the lake , all made possible by the convenient boat dock which we used for the boat rental. The sunset views from the deck were absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for evening relaxation. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. We can't wait to come back and create more unforgettable memories at this amazing lakeside retreat!
Beautiful home, very spacious. The view was incredible, and we even caught some fish! Very quiet, and peaceful. Additionally the house has plenty of amenities to make you feel right at home.
Everyone out there, this place is simply the best Airbnb out there! Extremely well stocked, gorgeous decor, open layout, lots of seating in dining area, porch, bar table outdoors, gazebo and surrounding fireplace.The outdoor lights of this house along with surrounding homes on the lake made for a spectacular view. I would just sit and stare. The dock is well made and sturdy. The owner literally thought of everything! Beds were clean and comfortable. Lots of closet space, too. Well, thought out gameroom. Better then the pictures! We really enjoyed our NC visit and hope to rent this place again!
We had an absolutely wonderful time in this beautiful home. We’ve stayed in Airbnbs in the US and abroad for over 10 years, and this was by far our favorite. We can’t think of a single thing that would have made it better. This is a gorgeous home with a great layout. The decor is perfect. There is a very comfortable and homey feel that we felt as soon as we arrived. Everything we looked for, we found. As warm and comfortable as the inside is, the outside is spectacular! The screened in porch is a perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee and a good book. We also made good use of the fire-pit, and it was really fun to walk out on the dock. The guys even enjoyed some fishing! The view of the lake (both inside and out) is spectacular! If the house had been for sale, we would have bought it and never left! And finally, I can’t say enough about how responsive, helpful and kind our host was. We’ve never stayed in an Airbnb more than once, but this is one we’ll return to again and again.
The perfect lake house on Lake Norman! We had an absolutely wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The house itself is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac. The interior of the home is beautifully updated and spotlessly clean- we were very impressed! The views of the lake are incredible! Comfortable beds and well stocked throughout. Very responsive host. 10/10! Highly recommend!

Located on a large cove on central Lake Norman, Lakeside Gem offers a large, flat yard with a firepit and private dock. You can swim from the dock area, take out a kayak, or boat out to the main channel. Many homes in this area are owner-occupied; we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbors.
Turn off of Business NC-16 onto Lake Shore. Follow that 2 miles until you reach Miners Cove.
