This spot was perfect for our week at the Masters. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs & the home met all our needs with comfort, relaxation, and necessities. The king bed was comfortable and slept well! Additionally, downtown Aiken was charming & welcoming! We will definitely be returning in the future!

This is the second time I've been fortunate enough to stay at Martingale Cottage. It's a wonderful house in a very quiet neighborhood with a lovely, well fenced in yard for my dogs to stretch their legs in. I ended most days sitting outside on the large, well furnished deck watching my dogs toodle around the yard exploring the unfamiliar smells. Megan herself is fabulous. When I asked if I could extend my stay a few days she answered so quickly I almost missed it :-) She was also very proactive in making sure I was comfortable when I got there. The house was well stocked with clean sheets and fresh towels (that were comfortable to use, not the scratchy hotel towels you often get when traveling). Easy to use coffee maker with a nice offering of different types of teas if you prefer that. I hope I get lucky enough to be able to stay at Martingale Cottage the next time I go to Aiken SC

Megan was an outstanding host! The home was very convenient to restaurants and food. Very quiet and just all around great place. Megan also is very responsive when it comes to communication and helps out when you need it. Will recommend to others coming to the area.

The house was great, and a great price. We were very comfortable in this cozy house.
