Clean and functional The property is well secured and safe. It is close walking distance to SM Bicutan Mall. There is a decent amount of traffic congestion in the immediate area.

The unit is clean. The kitchen utensils are just a bit slimy/oily. There are toiletries available in the wash room. Hot and cold in the shower is working fine. Netflix is available and internet connection is perfect. Fridge is available for storing food and drinks, and you can also cook using the induction cooker. The air condition is perfectly working too. There is a convenient store in the next tower, just walking distance. Security is outstanding, you will feel safe inside the building. The pools are great, but they only accommodate 2 guests and you need to pay extra for additional guest/s to be able to enter the pool area. Overall, our stay is okay.

I extremely not recommend this place. It's stressful to communicate with the owner. My time was wasted just for waiting for the confirmation, I even CALLED her number MANY TIMES (the fact that it's in Dubai), and no one answers my call. My advice to you Anemone, kindly respect people's time, yes, we are all BUSY, but PLEASE, find a way to RESPECT other people's time (even if you're living currently overseas). With all due respect, if you can refund the money I PAID, I would really appreciate that!

Pool ist bis auf weiteres geschlossen wegen der Asche vom Vulkan. Ansonsten alles sehr ansprechend, Bett super bequem. Balkon vorhanden
